With nearly 20 million square feet of projects under development, we anticipate demand and innovate new content solutions for office, retail, residential, medical, and entertainment needs.

HBC Properties and Investments, the company’s real estate and investments portfolio business, manages these assets along with additional real estate offerings and Streetworks Development, the property development division leading our downtown Vancouver store project.
